Microsoft has revealed the update of the Wireless Display application and allowed computer games to be directly displayed on the Xbox One. With the Wireless Display app, originally available on the Surface Hub, it's now available to all Xbox One owners.
This allows players to stream PCs or Android devices to controllable game consoles using the Xbox One controller, as reported by IGN on Thursday (14/03/2019).
In addition to streaming PC games from Steam or other on Xbox One, this application also allows you to use the Xbox One as a presentation device. Users can easily share photos, videos, websites, and more on their consoles through the app.
It is important to note that "the projection of protected content, such as Netflix and Hulu, is not supported".
Only the Xbox controller can be used. Therefore, those who wish to use the mouse and keyboard must wait for this support.
